Our visionary Founder, CEO, and Private School Administrator, Santanecia, brings over a decade of dedicated experience to empowering youth, strengthening families, and leading Azyla’s Love INC. Her leadership is defined by a unique dual commitment to academic excellence and comprehensive family support. As a hands-on executive, she serves as the Program Manager for Azyla’s Love INC Education Center while simultaneously directing the daily operations and volunteer schedules for Azyla’s Love INC Outreach.
By combining meticulous administrative precision with a deep, trauma-informed understanding of youth development, she masterfully manages complex daily school workflows, streamlines faculty and volunteer schedules, and builds sustainable community initiatives from the ground up. Her executive oversight ensures that both the educational programs and shelter operations run efficiently, creating safe, transformative, and lasting environments where students and families can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
